It is located at the highest point of the Manuel Antonio road and has the fantastic benefit of having access to its own private beach with calm waters and service. The grounds are filled with monkeys, sloths and iguanas which pay daily visits to the house. There is a paved road all the way to the house, making it very accessible to any of the local restaurants in Quepos or Manuel Antonio.

Luxury Villa 9 is a beautiful 5 bedroom home with dedicated air conditioners in each room and 3 luxurious bathrooms. The home has two master bedrooms, each with a king size bed, ocean views, en-suite bathrooms and glass sliding doors allowing you to feel the fresh breezes off of the ocean. There is a jacuzzi tub to pamper you, air conditioning in each bedroom and large verandas to take in the panoramic views and to see the frequent monkeys and other various types of wildlife passing through the trees.

The third bedroom features 1 king bed and the 4th has two twin beds with the 5th one twin bed. All of these rooms are also air-conditioned and share and en-suite bathroom between them (with independent entrances).

The home is supplied with all the amenities you would enjoy at home, including phone lines, fine sheets and towels, full kitchenware, a stereo with CD player, and much more. You will find the perfect spot to cool off in the very expansive swimming pool with its cushioned lounge chairs.

Luxury Villa 9 has a view that overlooks the Pacific Ocean and the spectacular sunsets. It has the largest private infinity pool overlooking the Pacific Ocean in the gated community.
