Everyone will travel in suspension cables from platform to platform while enjoying the humid tropical forest. These cables are specially designed by expert engineers who make it one of the most wonderful and exciting adventures in Costa Rica! Our clients are outfitted with high tech harnesses to ensure their safety. All of our professional guides will be happy to take you in the Primary and Secondary Forest where you can spot different types of animals, birds, insects and plants. We have 16 platforms with 12 cables, four of which are built on the ground and the other twelve hang 90 feet above it from robust trees in the primary forest, with ages ranging from 100-200 years. The construction of those platforms, which includes stainless steel cables and metal platforms, allows them to hold 2000 lbs, or 10 people each. The cables between the platforms are ½ inch thick and strongly fixed to the trees, which hold the platforms. We use harnesses only of the best brands, which can hold up to 3000 kilos as well as the leach from which they hang from the rollers that slide through the cables.
