Casa Las Nubes is a stunning new luxury villa with a private beach. The casa is nestled in a Costa Rican jungle hillside in Tulemar Gardens of the Manuel Antonio National Park area. Designed by an award-winning architect, the sweeping curve design of the villa drinks in the lush jungle environment and expansive Pacific Ocean views, which can be enjoyed from private terraces on each of the three levels.

The large windows and open air design help to achieve a strong relationship between the natural surroundings and interior spaces. A pool feature extends throughout the main level, so you are literally "walking on water" as you enter the home. The jungle is invited inside with the greenery and tropical flower planters spanning the terraces. Wildlife abounds...neighboring howler, white face and squirrel monkeys, birds, iguanas, sloths, butterflies and other exotic wildlife visit often.

Only the protected and undeveloped 200 meter Maritime Zone lies between you and the private beach! Tulemar Beach is just a four minute walk (although you may drive or take the shuttle). Our beach received the ecological "Blue Flag" award in 2007 and 2008 from the Costa Rican gov't., showing that it is maintained in a pristine and environmentally correct way.

Casa Las Nubes has 4,500 luxurious square feet, including three bedrooms and three-and-a-half bathrooms. The gourmet kitchen has been well appointed with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances, including a gas range. (Catering services or a private chef are available for an additional fee.)
